Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz champagne or prosecco

Garnish: long lemon twist

Method

  1. Shake gin, lemon and syrup, strain into a flute and top with bubbles.
