Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1.5 oz pear nectar
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz ginger syrup
  • 3 oz prosecco to top

Garnish: thin pear slice and a cinnamon stick

Method

  1. Shake vodka, pear, lemon and ginger with ice, strain into the glass and top with prosecco.
