Ingredients

  • 3 oz dry rosé
  • 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 1 sliced strawberry

Garnish: strawberry slices and a mint sprig

Method

  1. Build over ice in a wine glass and stir gently.
