Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz lavender syrup
  • 3 oz soda water

Garnish: lemon wheel and a dried lavender sprig

Method

  1. Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice, strain over fresh ice and top with soda.
Make it a mocktail

Lavender Lemonade
