Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 6 mint leaves

Garnish: pineapple wedge and a mint bouquet

Method

  1. Gently muddle mint with syrup, add the rest, shake and strain over crushed ice.
