Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 4 to 5 fresh blackberries or raspberries
  • 2 oz prosecco to top

Garnish: skewered berries and an edible flower

Method

  1. Muddle berries, shake with gin, elderflower and lemon, double strain and top with prosecco.

Muddled berries, 0.75 oz lemon, 0.5 oz elderflower syrup, topped with sparkling white grape juice.
