Dried Lime Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz aquafaba or 1 egg white (for the foam)

Garnish: dried lime wheel and a mint sprig

Method

  1. Dry shake without ice, then shake again with ice and strain over a large cube.

1.5 oz cold black tea, 0.75 oz lime, 0.75 oz ginger syrup and aquafaba, built the same way.
